§ 499-4. License required; number of swine restricted.

A.
No person shall maintain more than three swine, as defined in said code, on premises within the boundaries of this municipality until a valid license therefor shall have been issued by the Board of Health; provided, however, that in no case shall any person maintain more than nine swine and no more than nine piglets per sow on any single premises within the boundaries of this municipality for any purpose or reason whatsoever.

B.
For the purposes of this chapter, only swine which have attained the age of six months shall be included herein.
