§ 505-8. Fees.

The following fees and charges are hereby established:A.For the filing of an application and plans for a permit to locate and construct a water supply: $1.B.For the filing of an application and plans for a permit to alter an existing water supply: $1.C.For the issuance of a permit to locate and construct or alter a water supply: $5.D.For each reinspection of a water supply or part thereof caused by the failure of the permittee to locate and construct or alter the same in accordance with the terms of the permit issued or the terms of the aforesaid code, an inspection fee of $5 shall be charged.E.The Board of Health shall fix yearly or as often as necessary, by duly adopted resolution, the amount to be charged for each water sample taken and administered by a Board of Health representative. In the event that the Board fails to adopt such a resolution for whatever reason, then the water sample fee to be charged shall remain the same as that set forth in the Board's last adopted resolution fixing said fee, and said fee shall remain in effect until changed by the Board as herein provided.[Added 4-11-1977 by Ord.
